Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@terraceclubhouse.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear or use
